Greyson-2 Years!
It's really hard to believe that 2 years ago we were blessed with you. You have made our lives better than we could have ever imagined, and you make everyday more fun than the last. Here are some of the things that we love most about you at 2 years old:
- You have your own little entourage. You sleep with about 10 things every night: your duck, Ming Ming, 2 puppies, your RED pillow, two blankets, Elmo, and Blue (who is MIA at the time). You know at all times where each one is, and you won't go to sleep unless they are all right there with you. You name them off as you crawl in bed just to make sure they are all there. In the mornings when you crawl in bed with us, we can be sure that at least half of the items have come with you.
- You have started to sing a little. We have a silly "nighty night" song we sing, and you belt out a few courses on your own. It is really pretty funny.
- You love to dance. On your new Muppets movie, the song "Celebration" comes on, and you go nuts running around clapping your hands. Yesterday a slow r&b song came on, and you grabbed your spoon, held it up to your mouth, and closed your eyes as you swayed back and forth....smooth!
- You make a monkey sound now when you want something "ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh". We went down the candy aisle the other day, and I swore there was a monkey in the basket.
- You still love to color....all day, every day, on everything!
- You are really excited about the baby. You take the ultrasound pictures off of the refrigerator and walk around saying, "My baby, My gurl"
- You have a baseball movie, "Everyone's Hero" that you watch at least 2 times a day. I can probably recite half the lines in the movie.
- You want to eat ranch and ketchup with everything, and you usually won't even look at your plate until they are both on there.
- No matter how hard you try to be gentle, you are still rough. I can't even count how many times a day I get punched or kicked when you are trying to give love (sometimes for other reasons)
- You love sports...all of them.
- You love your sand box, but what you really love is flinging sand out of the box.
You are 154% all boy! You are rough and tough, and sweet as can be. We love you more than anything. happy Birthday Big T!
